"A Lawn Meet at Badminton" Print

This is a large hand-colored print entitled, “A Lawn Meet at Badminton”, from the original painting currently in the possession of His Grace The Duke of Beaufort. The print was published in 1880, and depicts the gathering of hunters, horses and hounds for a fox hunt. Although the style is reminiscent of the Dickinson Brothers – the origin is unknown.
