Industrial Honor Ten Star Flag

  • This particular flag was one that was awarded to businesses whose employees subscribed to the Third Liberty Loan to finance the War. The number of stars on the flag dictate the percentage of employees whom subscribed to the Loan. This particular flag was awarded to a business which all of their employees subscribed to the Loan. There are no complete records as to how many of these flags were awarded as well as the fact that in researching this flag we were unable to find another that had been offered in either a past auction or public sale, making this flag a true collectable.
